High Mountain Dressage

Our Facility features:

- cinder block barn with 8 horse 'suites'

- Nelson horse waterers, heated

- large stalls with runs and european stall fronts

- two covered hot water wash racks/grooming places

- non-slip rubber bricks in barn aisle and wash racks

- two dressage rings (one covered 20 x 40 m)

with RUBBER/SAND footing

- automated sprinkler system for moist footing

- round pen

- three large turnouts with shelter and automatic waterer

- one outside pen and two shelter stalls

(hosts 11 horses total)

Our Dressage facility - located on 100+ acres next to national forest north/west of Prescott, AZ.

8 stall cinder block barn with large runs, 3 oversized turnouts (steel pipe fencing) with shelters, automatic heated Nelson waterers, tack room and office room (heated), laundry room, bathroom, 2 warm water wash racks, rubber floor in barn aisle, two full size dressage rings (one covered 20x40m), fully electronic sprinkler system for moist footing, 2 additional shelter-stalls and 1 pony pen, 60' round pen, hay barn holds 500 bales, shavings storage space.
